Swimming Pool

Opening hours: daily from 06.00 AM – 08.00 PM.
The hotel swimming pool is located on the ground floor and next to Lanna Rice Barn, it is exclusively for the hotel guest only. Please note the depth of the pool is 1.20 meters. There is no life guard on duty and we strongly recommend keeping a close eye on children and inexperienced swimmers. Rules and regulations are sign posted next to the pool. Please read these before entering the pool.

GYM Room

Opening hours: daily from 06.00 AM – 10.00 PM.

The Fitness Centre is located on the 1st floor.

**Personal Trainer is available on Sunday to Friday at 10.00 am – 7.00 pm**

HOTEL SERVICES

Baggage Service
Please contact the Front Desk for baggage collection and storage. The hotel will store overnight luggage for guests only when the returning reservation has been confirmed.
Breakfast Buffet
Breakfast is exclusively provided for guests in residence and served between 6.30am – 10.30am at the No.6 Restaurant located on the 1st floor.
Breakfast Boxes
If you wish to have your breakfast arranged for an early departure from the hotel, please contact the reception one day prior.
Check-in
Check-in time is 2pm onwards.
Early check-in is applicable for the additional charge.
Check Out
Check-out time is 12 noon.
Should you wish to arrange for a late check-out, please contact the front desk where an additional charge will be applied subject to time and hotel occupancy rates.
Laundry
The service is available with same day delivery should you send your clothes before 11am. Please complete the form with your signature and notify our housekeeping accordingly. The hotel requests that you do not hang any clothes over the balcony.
Limousine service
Please contact our front desk for advance reservations. It cost 500 THB per way for 2-3 pax. Maximum 4 pax charge 1,000 THB per way.
Mini Bar
Your mini bar is all complimentary and refills daily. Except Thai Whisky Mekhong that there will be charged. Should you require other beverage items, please refer to the Drinks List and order from our Room Service.
Doctor on Call
In the unlikely event that you require medical attention please dial `0` for assistance. Please note that you need to pay the doctor directly and a valid receipt will be issued for you to submit your claim to your insurance company back in your home country.

You can contact us at our “Chala Thai Costume” studio. Keep up your memories and take photos at temples near the hotel and joining activities with us throughout the day, such as dressing up in Thai costume, and enjoy eating Thai desserts in the afternoon tea , or riding in a tuk tuk motorbike sight seeing tour around Chiang Mai city .
